As we are new to the Geelong property market, we needed time to do our research on other available properties in the area in order to make an informed decision. We liked the fact that Stacey didn't use any high pressure sales tactics to force us to make a decision before we were ready to make an offer. She was upfront with us in regards to what price the vendor wanted for the property, which was higher than our offer.
