Real estate is a cliche driven industry and in todays market so flooded with agents and marketing. It can become a little much to digest. Stacey has mastered the often difficult balance of being assertive rather than aggressive in her negotiations. In summary Stacey worked for us and never once did I or my partner feel Stacey didn't have our best interest in mind. Our property sold four days after the first open for inspection under an unconditional contract. All of this was orchestrated by Stacey. Since the sale I've contacted Stacey several times seeking professional/personal advice as we look to secure our next property. To say I would recommend Stacey would be a disastrous understatement.
