Let me introduce myself..... I have lived on the Gold Coast for the last 30 years, so I consider myself a local. Throughout this time, I have seen the growth and the vast developmental changes that have happened on the Gold Coast and economic forecasts suggest there is plenty of growth potential to come. I saw first hand the real estate demand on the Gold Coast whilst working on the sales team for major international developers during the late eighties and early nineties including Ron McMaster's development at 'Bayview Harbour' and 'The Japanese Corporation's' development at 'Grand Mariner'. Over the last 20 years I have been a Mum and a business owner including running my own successful photography & video business. As a business owner I have had the pleasure of working and dealing with many people on many different levels. I like to work closely with my clients to develop a complete understanding of their wants & needs, so as to deliver the very best of client service. Motivation and passion come naturally & derives mainly from my goal to achieve the best possible outcome for my client. Working in and around the Real Estate industry for the last 20 years has given me many opportunities to gain the knowledge and the experience I need to work for you at the highest professional level. Professional and Courteous

Stacey and I met probably 12 months before we were ready to sell. Stacey kept in touch, was extremely efficient and not a bit pushy. Nothing was too much trouble for Stacey, and her professionalism was unrivalled. She was friendly and a delight to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stacey to a prospective buyer or seller. She works 100% for her client. Although the end result wasn’t quite what I’d hoped after the initial wonderful contract, COVID was responsible. Stacey worked really hard on my behalf.

Go with Stacey, don’t waste precious time with any other companies!

Stacey was knowledgeable, interested and professional from the get go, and so energetic and organised once I listed with her, I’m so impressed. My property was sold within a fortnight. Don’t waste your time with any other companies, even if they seem bigger as it doesn’t mean they are better. I made that mistake and wasted 10 months. Do yourself a favour, speak to Stacey, you will know as soon as you do.
