From the first time we contacted Stacy about the property through to settlement, Stacy was prompt and professional in communication with us. She kept us up to date and informed, always answering any questions and concerns straight away. We have dealt with several Agents in the area over the years for both sales and rentals and have been very disappointed with them. Stacy is by far ahead of them; we have no hesitation in recommending Stacy to you.

Stacey was very friendly and always available to help at all hours of the day.

Stacy made buying my first home so easy. An absolute pleasure to deal with, she walked me through everything I needed to know to get the deal done and was always available to have a chat and answer any questions I had throughout the whole process.

Stacy was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our first house. She went above and beyond to assist us. We would highly recommend Stacy to anyone, she is a pleasure to work with.

Stacy is very friendly and knowledgeable and definitely goes the extra mile to get the job done.

Good knowledge, very helpful and all round nice person!

Stacy was an absolute pleasure to deal with when I bought my property! She's very friendly and efficient, which made the whole experience easy. I wouldn't hesitate to use Stacy again!

Stacy took over the sale of our town house just in time for COVID19 to hit the market she handled this setback without a beat pushing the sale and attracting potential buyers in a subdued and acheived the sale at a good price. She was never negative and kept up the effort to sell

Stacy provided excellent service right throughout the selling of our home. Kept us well informed and up to date right throughout the whole process of selling our home. I would recommend Stacy and her company to anyone who would like professionalism and great service. The great communication through a sometimes difficult process was always there.

Can't recommend Stacy highly enough. We found Stacy through a recommendation from a family friend and we are ever so grateful for that recommendation, cause we found the best real estate agent. Our late mother's house was going to be a challenge to sell, but Stacy was always positive and re-insuring that we would sell our house, even in this difficult time. Every obstacle we came across, Stacy always had a solution. Stacy was always approachable, contactable and always kept us updated after every showing etc. Our house wouldn't be sold now, if it wasn't for all the hard work that Stacy did. If anyone is looking for a honest, hard working, reliable, positive, knowledgeable real estate agent, that gets the job done then Stacy Brand is that agent.

Stacy has the market knowledge and respect in the community to get the job done for her clients. She is always in contact and will keep you informed. When your trusting someone with your most valuable asset, then you want Stacy on the job

Stacy provided great info and feedback wherever required. The process has been simple and pain free. What more could you ask for!
