From our first meeting with Stacy we felt very confident that we had chosen the best person to sell out Rental house. Stacy personality, passion and knowledge of her job and that she strives to reach the best possible outcome for your sale. Her phone calls, texts and emails we were left stress free on the different stages to reaching our sale. We would definitely suggest you contact Stacy for your sale and would be calling Stacy again for any future sales or purchases.

Stacy was very personable and friendly, allowing my wife and I to feel extremely comfortable in buying our first house. Her wealth of knowledge of the housing market aided us in buying the right house at the right time.

Stacy was very knowledgeable about the property itself and the local market. She had lots of 'home buyer' tips and was great about sharing her property experience. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thanks Stacy!

We found Stacy to be very helpful. Easy to do dealings with. Very enthusiastic and delightful. We got a quicker result than expected especially in these uncertain times. We recommend her expertise in knowing what the seller and buyer are looking for.

Buying my first home with Stacy was smooth and stress-free. She is so friendly and helpful, and doesn't seem to stop working - had communications with her at all hours of the day and night!

After three quick, professional sales of our properties we couldn’t recommend Stacey more highly. Each and every time Stacey has gone above and beyond. Her knowledge of the market, her prompt responses and her organisation is always valued. She consistently communicated between seller and buyer to ensure both parties needs were met. We can’t thank Stacey enough for making what is usually a stressful time, worry free. Thank you Stace!

We didn’t achieve our expected results but given the Coronavirus influence I was very happy. Would thoroughly recommend Stacy. Stacy was constantly in touch with me and made the distance of me being interstate a minimal issue. I would say Stacy was the hardest working agent I have dealt with.

Stacy has great knowledge of market, very professional.whenever we call her to enquire about anything she was very quick on her side of response. We had least knowledge of buying house but with help of Stacy we did not find anything problemetic. She even help us to find a guy for building inspection,..we would say Stacy brand has excellent communication skills, excellent market knowledge. Thanks alot Stacy for making our journey (buying a house) very smooth. Thanks alot

Stacy is hard working, knowledgeable and respectful of both her vendors and clients. I felt, in dealing with her, that I was in good hands, which is more than I can say of some other realtors I have had dealings with in Mackay.

We have dealt with Stacy before and once again our expectations were exceeded, both in terms of the time take to sell and price achieved. Despite the constraints of the Covid 19 situation, Stacy managed to show a steady stream of prospective buyers through the property achieving a quick sale to a delighted first-time buyer. Smiles all round - well done Stacy :)

Extremely helpful and friendly, great knowledge advice and very professional. Would definitely recommend Stacy and Explore Property to friends and family.

I have now bought and sold with Stacy. There is nobody I would trust more than Stacy .... she is hardworking, honest and dedicated to getting the best results for you.
