I found it frustrating that when purchasing a property through Stacy recently, a lot of my concerns about the house were dismissed, it was very obvious that Stacy was working for the seller and not the purchaser. Being a first home buyer and living in another state the process was made a lot harder than I had imagined. The inspection of the house was rushed and uninformative and I have since found a lot of problems that require fixing. Paperwork was sent at the last minute constantly and required to be returned immediately, getting in contact with the real estate was less than desirable, leaving messages only to have them finally returned after 9pm some nights. Buying this house was not an enjoyable process at all unfortunately.

Great communication and everything went smoothly, Thanks Stacey, we will enjoy our new home

Stacy was our go to girl for any residence that caught our eye. After many viewings and several departures from our original wish list of inclusions, Stacy found our house we were meant to have. After a lengthy house hunting period we found her local knowledge invaluable and her professionalism in delivering our dream, faultless.

Having Stacy as our sales agent has been an absolute delight. Stacys made the process of selling the our property easier with her extensive knowledge, professionalism and passion . As interstate owners she kept us constantly up dated with progress and often went above and beyond as our Agent. We would highly recommend Stacy to sell your property.

Stacey has just sold our house in Andergrove. From the beginning she knew exactly what was needed to make my house attractive to prospective buyers in the current market. From start to finish she was there for any questions or query I had. I was impressed with her ability to negotiate between buyers and myself in order to get the best price possible. I have no hesitation in reccomending Stacey to anyone I know looking to sell there house. Stacey Brand gets results...
