I was extremely impressed with Stan Farbman from Invest Realty, throughout the sale of my property. He was professional, approachable and exceptional at communicating with me from start to finish. He kept me regularly updated, explained everything clearly and was always very quick to respond whenever I had a question. I never felt out of the loop, and his communication gave me a great deal of confidence throughout the process. He was also very organised, attentive to detail and gave me honest, practical advice whenever I needed it. When negotiations between the purchaser and vendor became more active, he communicated clearly with both sides and was very proactive in moving things forward, which helped maintain the momentum and kept the process progressing smoothly. I would strongly recommend Stan Farbman to anyone looking for an agent who is professional, reliable, responsive and genuinely committed to achieving a good result. He made the whole process much easier for me, and I would have no hesitation in engaging him again for any future property sale.
