I found Stan extremely helpful in the sale of my apartment. He was at all times very professional, had extensive knowledge of the market in the area and already had a feel for clients who may be interested. He provided me with useful advice on presentation and gave me realistic feedback on what to expect. In short everything went smoothly and I'm very satisfied with the professional way it was all handled.

Stan is knowledgeable and remained focused despite my own concerns and worries. He delivered as promised and I commend him on his efforts. I would certainly recommend his services

Stan the man. He understood the game. He was able to access the needs of the buyer and the desire of the seller. And very successfully broker the sell so that it’s a Win Win Win situation promptly for the seller and buyer. Everybody’s happy. Thanks very much Stan.

Stan's professional and meticulous way of preparing a sales strategy and taking into account current economic variables that may have an impact on the value of the property is second to none. His diligent approach to looking after his client is assuring. His knowledge of the area and getting the maximum return is outstanding.
