Stana was nice and gentle during first interactions until our offer has been accepted by he seller. After it, the interactions have been unpleasant and rude. Any one who has interacted with her (myself, my husband or my friend who has pick up the keys) has mentioned how uncomfortable they felt after any chat. It was sounded like everything was too hard and she was too busy to accommodate. Although very responsive, the communication was rude and made all the glow of our first home purchase feel stressful.

My town house sold for more than I hoped for and a contract was signed in 8 days. Was it a good market, or did my agent weave her magic? I can't say enough - buying and selling is normally so stressful but not with Stana. She was confident, knowledgable and prepared from the first minute I met her. Her sales in my complex (not just my own town house) were quick and seamless, and all have been getting top dollar. Her data base must be huge. She is thorough, friendly yet still so professional. She followed up when she said she would. She delivered on what she promised. This is a true testament and Stana has my permission for anyone to contact me if they want validity.

Dragan Couple of weeks ago we received a flyer in the mail from LJ Hooker shouting the news on the sale of my property at 37/4 University Drive, Robina. I must say that without doubt the congratulation goes to Stana Hodge!! From the moment Stana first came to inspect our property she showed nothing but professionalism.
