Stefan was diligent and organised but sometimes seemed nervous. The sale price achieved was well above the "agreed reserve" mainly because the reserve was artificially set far too low. My peers suggested close to $2m, which I accepted. The process of setting a reserve is deeply troubling and undermines confidence and trust.
