Having experienced Stella,s outstanding service with several properties over many years I can highly recommend her service. My latest property sale was the most problematic due to another companies mismanagement and bad tenants along with my being an absentee landlord. Stella aided in guiding me through a difficult time preparing the property for sale by introducing me remotely to a renovation specialist Kat Wiseman who had the unenviable task of cleaning this property before renovations and bringing it back to a high standard ready for presentation. We are in country WA so after the initial property viewing, everything was handled remotely. Stella was very responsive! She was always available on the phone, was able to arrange a final inspection outside of normal hours, and when settlement was delayed on the actual day, organised for us to take possession within 30 mins -- very handy as we were literally in the car about to make the 400km trip up to Perth!
