I purchased this property through Stella a number of years ago. I personally would not consider using anyone else to sell my property in Joondalup. Stella has outstanding knowledge of the property values due to her many years of experience in the area. She is hardworking, honest, very professional and knows exactly who to target when marketing the property. She gave excellent advice on how to present the property. The result speaks for itself. The property sold at the top end of the asking price, (which was more than I expected), before it's first home open. I always recommend Stella to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

Having experienced Stella,s outstanding service with several properties over many years I can highly recommend her service. My latest property sale was the most problematic due to another companies mismanagement and bad tenants along with my being an absentee landlord. Stella aided in guiding me through a difficult time preparing the property for sale by introducing me remotely to a renovation specialist Kat Wiseman who had the unenviable task of cleaning this property before renovations and bringing it back to a high standard ready for presentation.
