Stella organised everything for us as regards preparing the property for sale , from finding a good painting team who also took care of installing new window treatments to cleaning and help with furniture removal She has a database of good buyers , one of which made us a good cash offer We found her very professional and we’re happy with communication Great job Stella !
It was great dealing with Stella to purchase our property. She’s been very proactive and very helpful. Stella is a very trustworthy and professional agent who was fair to all parties. Thank You!
I purchased this property through Stella a number of years ago. I personally would not consider using anyone else to sell my property in Joondalup. Stella has outstanding knowledge of the property values due to her many years of experience in the area. She is hardworking, honest, very professional and knows exactly who to target when marketing the property. She gave excellent advice on how to present the property. The result speaks for itself. The property sold at the top end of the asking price, (which was more than I expected), before it's first home open. I always recommend Stella to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.
Stella was the utmost professional. Friendly and easy to deal with! Sold out house in no time. Certainly recommend her to anybody trying to buy or sell a house.
Great real estate agent highly recommended if you need to sell your house
The most professional and knowledgeable Real Estate person I have experienced. Stella's area background was invaluable in the sale of our property. The guidance she gave us was so helpful and made our selling less stressful.
Stella has done a great job in selling my house. Stella has a great knowledge of the market and all I can say that I recommend Stella to all my family and friends. My sister sold a house by help of Stella and know we are also in process of selling another property. Flora
Stella is extremely attentive to her duties. She will be with you along the way until the end. She does possess the knowledge of the property and the surrounding environment that is to be purchased. She is very attentive and rapidly response to any queries. We believe, Stella is a team player and she can help. Thank you Stella for a wonderful buying experience. Cheers Larry.
Having experienced Stella,s outstanding service with several properties over many years I can highly recommend her service. My latest property sale was the most problematic due to another companies mismanagement and bad tenants along with my being an absentee landlord. Stella aided in guiding me through a difficult time preparing the property for sale by introducing me remotely to a renovation specialist Kat Wiseman who had the unenviable task of cleaning this property before renovations and bringing it back to a high standard ready for presentation. This could only have been done with a high level of trust as I was 1000,s of kilometres away . What for me was potentially heartbreaking was rescued and completely turned around and by Stella,s guiding hand resulted in a win-win for everyone including I believe the new owner. I cannot overstate my thanks to Stella ( and everyone who contributed)
I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Stella on two occasions. She is highly professional. Has a no none sense approach. Gets in and gets the job done!! I highly recommend Stella.
Stella is a remarkable agent. She has extensive experience of selling in the Joondalup area. We were impressed by market knowledge and professionalism when selling our property. She was able to give us appropriate advice of how to make our property more appealing in the current market in regards to advertising and home opens. Her responses are timely and courteous. She has a warm nature and is easy to work along.
