Stella provided exceptional service and expertise as my agent during the purchase of my apartment through Harcourts. Her dedication and knowledge made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Stella to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient real estate agent. Five stars all the way!
Stella thank you so much for helping us find our dream home. Your knowledge of the area is amazing . Thank you Stella for going beyond your role of agent and making us feel like a friend. Stella is intelligent , professional , caring and honest. I highly recommend her .
As our agent, Stella is really easy to communicate with, always reply email on time. She is so professional and the whole process is so smooth. Great experience.
Stella's real estate experience and knowledge, in particular of the Joondalup property sales and purchases, was a key factor in our decision to sign up with her company. Her approach is always professional, and communication is instantaneous (even on her day off). Attention to detail is faultless. She made suggestions for best presentation of our home, and these suggestions were just that, we could make our own decision regarding presentation. Stella offers encouragement with her opinion of the home ready for the open day. Key points were the careful explanation of all legal requirements, with step-by-step explanation of documentation, forms to be signed and all other parties necessary for a successful transaction. Stella was always prompt, on time - usually early, in her smart uniform and presented neat, professional, with a friendly smile. Communication was a key factor, and being well-informed continually ensured a relaxed feeling, at a time when there is usually some nostalgia associated with selling a family home. We do appreciate a very relaxed, yet confident atmosphere created by Stella.
From the very start of my development Stella has always provided the most amazing service. Stella was always happy to advise and consult, to help me navigate all stages of my build. Stella was very professional and personal and you cannot fault her service at all. I will be definitely using stella again in the future.
Stella made the purchasing of our family home a breeze. She kept us in the loop for the entire process and accommodated for our busy schedules. We would very much recommend Stella to our friends and family! Thanks Stella ⭐️
Stella was personable and easy to communicate with during our buying process. She was always on hand to answer our queries and kept us informed every step of the way and assisted us post settlement. Her knowledge of the area was fantastic!
It is very simple. If u want to sell a home in Joondalup, then u must contact Stella. Probably the most active agent who gets results.
She is very pleasant to work with, patient with our phone queries We would recommend her to anyone seeking to invest in the area.
We went to two of Stellas viewings and were impressed by how prepared she was. Stella had all important property documents and information handy which made it easy for us to make a decision. After placing a successful offer, Stella was prompt to respond to our queries and througrough with the final inspection. Overall, we were very impressed by Stella and she made the whole purchase process very easy to navigate.
Stella was so helpful a joy to work with got me more than i asked for and sold on the first opening
From the day that our parents attended the home open for us, to the day that she handed the keys over to us, Stella was nothing but helpful! We were so upset when we we were unable to attend the home open, but so glad to hear how inviting Stella was to our parents. After we put an offer on the house Stella only sent the docu-sign to the top few offers as opposed to all of the applicants, something that we really appreciated (we had honestly filled out a good 20 docu-signs for other properties prior to this house to find out that it was a waste of our time as there were many offers higher than ours!) Getting the phone call from Stella advising us that our offer was accepted was extremely exciting, and was made even easier by Stella who said to celebrate ‘tonight’ and that she’d call us the following day to speak about the next steps. Stella recommended a pest inspection company and settlement agent, something that saved us lots of time. She didn’t mind about what time we messaged her and always replied to our questions with helpful remarks. We still laugh about the final inspection with Stella. She rocked up with so many tools and gadgets and you could tell that 1. She’d done many inspections before and 2. That she wanted to ensure that the property was in perfect condition for us. She was very thorough and knowledgeable with it all! The highlight of the experience was the bottle of champagne, card and phone call from Stella the day that we picked up our keys. Even after her ‘job’ was done, she still reached out to us!! As first home buyers, Stella made the process feel very easy and straight forward. We cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Stella!
