Steph was a great agent and helped me get my apartment on the market very quickly, helping me to organise last minute work on my apartment, arranging photos very quickly and keeping things moving. Very happy with the sale of my apartment and Steph's efforts to make it all happen.

Steph was very professional and a good communicator, which made what is a challenging process more comfortable to deal with. She was quick to answer any questions we had and to offer suggestions or advice. She had good trades people to help with touch ups at the property before sale which was very helpful as we were from out of town selling our fathers property. I think she had sound market knowledge but like many areas was taken by surprise by the effects of the global uncertainty would have on the real estate market. This made it difficult to gauge an accurate sales figure. All dealings with Steph and Purcell were efficient and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Steph was very easy to deal with, responding to all my requests for information and for further property inspections, promptly, accurately and comprehensively. It was unfortunate that at the end of the day the sale-price did not come near even the lower-end advised sale price, but perhaps wider world events were against us.
