Steph was great in assisting us to sell our apartment. She was enthusiastic and professional. She had assisted in the sale of other apartments in the complex and had a strong knowledge of the area and current market. She worked hard at advertising and showing our apartment, with a great eye for detail. Would happily recommend her to others.
Great experience and Steph made everything so easy for us as first time buyers!
Steph was fantastic in every way. As an out of town investor I relied on Steph to help get my property ready for sale. Nothing was too much trouble and Steph always went over and above not only to help get my property ready for sale but in the sales process itself. We had a few issues to navigate with the strata complex and Steph was always calm, professional and energetic. I would certainly recommend Steph to other sellers - particularly those who might be out of town and need someone with a good eye to style, detail and with the contacts to make things happen. Steph understands the inner Canberra market and connects very well buyers of all ages and demographics.
Steph was recommended to us by a friend who is a real estate agent in another state because of her professionalism, strong communication skills and knowledge of the market. We are incredibly happy with the experience we had with Steph and could not fault her at all. All of her recommendations and contacts were equally as helpful and as knowledgeable. Steph was always contactable, had a plan of action and had great communication with potential buyers. Thank you very much for the incredible service and experience Steph!
The agent we were working with was absolutely outstanding, easy to communicate with, respectful, professional, someone we could trust to be mindful of both the seller and buyer.
We were very impressed with Steph who was very professional at all times.
Steph has been an incredible real estate agent for a first-time buyer like me. Her patience and extensive knowledge of the process made the experience smooth and as stress free as possible. She was incredibly accessible, always returning calls promptly and maintaining a friendly and upbeat attitude throughout our interactions. Steph went above and beyond without hesitation, making sure no request is too much trouble. She remained true to her word, actively keeping my requirements in mind and finding a place that suited my needs. What stood out most was her approach—no pressure tactics, just genuine efforts to match buyers and sellers for a positive outcome.
In the middle of the interest rate rises our unit in Woden wasn’t attracting too much attention, but Steph Hoss never gave up. From the regular inspections, some of which were no-shows, to following up any and all interest, Steph finally achieved a great result for us.
Steph was wonderful, start to finish. Very understanding of what we wanted and stood by us, as well as worked extremely hard to sell our apartment.
Fantastic experience. We were reluctantly leaving Canberra to be closer to family interstate and Steph helped us through each step of the process with clear, professional communication and great advice. Thanks!!!
