Steph helped the reviewer buy this property

Exceptional Service from a Professional

We recently purchased a property through Steph Hoss and were genuinely impressed by her professionalism and straightforward manner demonstrated throughout the process. There were no games or unnecessary pressure - just clear, honest communication at every stage. Steph was highly accommodating, arranging a private viewing for us ahead of the auction and again after we purchased the property, so our son could see his new home. Communications were consistently excellent. We were kept well informed of all relevant updates, from building repairs to auction developments, which we genuinely appreciated and provided clear visibility over the situation from beginning to end. Overall, Steph’s integrity, responsiveness, and commitment to ensuring a smooth purchase underscored that she operates at an exceptional standard. We would not hesitate to recommend Steph Hoss and Purnell Real Estate.
