A very successful sale.

My experiences with Steph have been extremely positive. From the moment I gave the go-ahead to Steph for the sale her professionalism was on full display. Her planning for the campaign was meticulous and the final product well and truly did the house justice. The styling, photos and supporting write-up were all first rate and this was reflected in the impressive amount of interest displayed when the campaign went live. Also impressive was the way Steph reached out to potential buyers in the lead up to the launch - there was a lot of anticipation. Of real significance was the way in which Steph saw the potential to modify the campaign once it had started. This was due to the sheer volume of interest shown at the first couple of Open Houses. This change in strategy worked very well resulting in a most satisfactory outcome from my perspective. Of course, Steph's engaging personality played an important role. She is exuberant, friendly and has the wonderful ability to focus on the client and their needs. At all times I felt that Stephe had my interests as her main priority. This, combined with another strength, communication skills, ensured that the whole process went smoothly. At all times I felt 'in the loop' knowing exactly where I stood and what was going on. I am very happy to give Steph my strongest endorsement, she has earned it.
