Stephanie was honest and direct in her communication with us. We had spoken to other agents who promised us everything under the sun when it came to how much we could sell out property for. Her estimation was realistic from the start, and ended up being almost the exact figure we sold for. Throughout the sale process her communication was prompt, friendly, and had a personal touch which made us feel like she cared. There were times throughout the sale where Stephanie helped to settle our nerves when we were nervous. She was also very flexible around home opens and the final inspection - we just left her a key and she did the rest.

It was an extremely disappointing experience with this agent. Stephanie chose to withhold a serious conflict of interest, that I found out about only by accident. Stephanie also completely ignored very clear instructions and in fact, did the opposite of the clear written instructions I gave her.
