It was an extremely disappointing experience with this agent. Stephanie chose to withhold a serious conflict of interest, that I found out about only by accident. Stephanie also completely ignored very clear instructions and in fact, did the opposite of the clear written instructions I gave her.

If you’re looking for an estate agent who is professional, knowledgeable, honest and genuinely cares about her clients, I can’t recommend Stephanie Briars highly enough. Selling our home wasn’t a straightforward process, with changing market conditions and a few unexpected twists along the way. Throughout it all, Stephanie remained calm, positive and incredibly hardworking. She kept us informed every step of the way, always communicated promptly, and was honest in her advice while still being encouraging. What really stood out was her dedication. Stephanie went above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome for us. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, kept prospective buyers engaged, negotiated professionally, and never gave up, even when things became challenging. Her market knowledge and strategic advice gave us confidence that we were making the right decisions. Stephanie is approachable, friendly and genuinely invested in her clients. We always felt that she had our best interests at heart, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel far more manageable. Thanks to Stephanie’s persistence and commitment, we achieved a successful sale, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything she did. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She is an outstanding real estate agent and a pleasure to work with.

WHAT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE WITH STEPHANIE! (Sorry for shouting😅) She couldn't have made the process any easier, gently guiding us over the hurdles & through the obstacles, Plain speaking & simplifying the process, is what she does best! . . Being a couple of oldies, we occasionally struggle with tec, emails, signing ect , again, she pointed us in the right direction, with non stop support. ... There was more than one occasion, when we couldn't be at the home , she was there, picking up the pieces AND, on one particular occasion, putting on the gloves & physically dealing with an issue! My experience with Stephanie was outstanding. I really could not fault a single thing. Outstanding communication her guidance her encouragement and assistance with anything that I needed was 100%. Steph's knowledge and experience was handsdown spot on. She really does deliver what she promises. Would highly recommend her.

From meeting Stephanie at the home open to key hand over Stephanie was totally professional and wonderful to deal with. Had we not had our own agents selling our property we would have chosen Stephanie - we loved our agents as well. Highly recommend Stephanie if you want professional tinged with care and a friendly smile. Nothing was too hard for Stephanie and she kept us up to date along the whole buying process.
