Backstory —- I saw a for sale sign outside a house a few doors away from our AirBnB, I wasn’t able to attend home open, so I didn’t get to meet Stephanie, so decided I would email her and ask if she would be available to have a look at ours and give us some advice. Told my Hubbie that afternoon…. Me - I’ve seen the Agent that is going to sell the property on Shiraz Hubble - sell? I thought we were just thinking about it. Me - we need advice from a professional, an Agent that sells within the area and knows the market, hopefully she can come after these Guests leave. Hubbie - when did you meet her ?
