She always took the time to thoroughly answer our questions and was incredibly responsive, which made everything so much easier. Her communication was clear and her knowledge and expertise were invaluable. She takes a person-centred approach, and nothing is ever too much trouble. As first-home buyers, we had plenty of nerves and worries, but working with someone like Stephanie made the experience so smooth that we were actually able to enjoy it!
