WHAT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE WITH STEPHANIE! (Sorry for shouting😅) She couldn't have made the process any easier, gently guiding us over the hurdles & through the obstacles, Plain speaking & simplifying the process, is what she does best! . . Being a couple of oldies, we occasionally struggle with tec, emails, signing ect , again, she pointed us in the right direction, with non stop support. ... There was more than one occasion, when we couldn't be at the home , she was there, picking up the pieces AND, on one particular occasion, putting on the gloves & physically dealing with an issue! Would definitely use her again & will absolutely recommend to family and friends Thanks again Stephanie Bob & Chris Graham
