We had a three bedroom; two bath; two car unit for sale in Teneriffe. Sharon and Stephanie came highly recommended to us by a local unit complex manager who has consistently seen results from this team. Sharon gave concise and extremely helpful advice in presentation and marketing of our unit. (Never forget you don't get a second chance at a first impression). Sharon displayed tact and tenacity with a huge effort negotiating with an international buyer in the early stages (time zone/time frame difficulties). The team secured a buyer at the price sought and contract conditions that were favourable to our circumstances at that time. We are happy to recommend the Enclave team.
