Backed by over a decade in sales, Stephanie is gregarious, personable and driven. Her focused and hard-working mentality means that she gets the desired results for all her clients.
Stephanie’s passion for property started at a very young age growing up in Noosa where her mother, Sharon Campbell, had her own real estate agency, Zinc Properties. It was here that Stephanie was exposed to some of the most exclusive addresses in Queensland and was very often lucky enough to be taken along to some of these beautiful and luxurious homes on the north coast – this is where she truly fell in love with all things Real Estate.
Stephanie moved to Brisbane for high school where she attended Stuartholme and developed a real enthusiasm for writing and competitive sports such as tennis, netball, water polo and rowing. Throughout her school years, Stephanie acquired invaluable skills that reflect her business strengths – time management, teamwork, communication, work ethic and perseverance.
After finishing her secondary education, Stephanie obtained a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications and went on to gain work experience in some of Brisbane’s top PR agencies. This was priceless for Stephanie as she developed the skillset of ensuring that she captured the attention of the entire market and was able to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively.
Stephanie moved on to worked for the international luxury brand Montblanc for 3 years, and then Tiffany & Co. for 4 years – at her time with these companies she discovered her true passion for high end luxury sales. With her successful background in sales and operations, Stephanie decided it was time to launch herself into her real estate career, working with reputable agencies such as McGrath and Ray White – selling both residential and off the plan developments in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
When her mother decided to make a giant leap and start Enclave Property Group in Newstead, all the stars seemed to align for Stephanie, and she jumped at the exciting chance to work alongside her lifelong mentor, her mum.
Stephanie believes that her love of property is not just professional, but personal. Her exceptional knowledge of the profession was a by-product of her upbringing, but it is her continued drive for providing the highest level of service to all her clients that has truly cemented her position as an agent.
