I do not usually comment on the seller's agent as a buyer but Stephanie is the exception. It is commonly said that you can not trust real estate agents, lawyers, car salesman/mechanics. it is true in most cases. But Stephanie is different. The house i bought from her is not far away from a main road. I was surprised that all windows were opened during the inspection time and she intended that all potential buyers could have a true assessment of the house's conditions, which, i have to say, is rare from the usual agents' behaviors. The little details tell you the character of the agent. I value the honesty and integrity of other people. i feel she is a down to earth, no frill person from my limited interaction with her. It is highly likely that i will use her to sell my house 20 years down the road if she is still doing real estate business.
