Once again Stephanie sold our property within a few days of listing and when the contract collapsed due to buyer being unable to obtain finance she resold it the same day the first contract was terminated. So many agents say they have buyers just to get your property listed with them and they seldom do. Stephanie actually has buyers lined up and provided the property suits will sell it almost immediately. Above all we TRUST that she will not only sell our property but will also get a very realistic and satisfactory price for it.
