Steff was a well presented sales women with a natural demeanour. Her ability to communicate was unquestionable and I believe she followed any leads to exhaustion. I feel that like many in the industry, she may have underestimated the actual trend of the market before the sales process began. I base this on the fact that the property sold for over $70000.00 (15%) less than was originally quoted. I understand that the market in the end dictated the sales price and accept I that however, this information could have been more expressed at the time the initial sales figures were discussed.
