Before selling, we had several agents come and give us their opinions and explained our situation before we went on a long holiday. Stephen was the only one who actually bothered coming back to us once we had returned. The communication was constant throughout the whole arrangement. When work was required to be done in the home, he knew people who could come and get issues resolved quickly, rather than me running around trying to find different people/trades.
