We have known Steve Brodie for a number of years so when we approached Steve to sell this property we ask him for a realistic estimate of the sale price, not an inflated price, before listing the property. We had already carried out own extensive market research & had identified several similar properties that had recently sold in Quakers Hill, so when Steve's lower end estimate matched our expected sale price we knew we had someone that was not inflating prices just to get the listing.
