The first impression of Stephen were impressive as he was able to talk through about a lot of finer details about the current market conditions and comparable properties in the area. But, after initial conversation when it came to putting my offer, I felt him to be very pushy about putting the initial deposit. At one point I felt withdrawn from the property.
