Stephen initially spent many hours with me working out my needs and wants so he was fully informed with my situation. He gave advice where needed and listened and explained the process thoroughly. I had full understanding of what was ahead. They advised us on minor renovations and a furniture stylist to make our place look in tip top shape. Not only did they advise, but also gave us phone numbers and contacts for: -Hiring of the furniture -Local Conveyancer that assists and knows the council well, and made our sale contract up in 2 days. There has been constant contact with the conveyancer and such a delight to deal with Lauren. Josh with Stephen sold our place without a hassle and in record time. I had constant phone contact with Josh who was always bright, happy and ready and eager to sell on behalf of us. Once our place sold, he went out of his way to get our contract signed on the friday night at 1030pm (the buyers were out). This was eventually cancelled by the buyer, but Josh arranged a Saturday signing with them. He then came 50minutes to my area to get the contract signed on the sunday, all in his own time. The deal was done within a week and actually before the open home. He was a pleasure to deal with. I liked his upbeat attitude and willingness to close the deal urgently as I needed. Stephen, Skye and the team were wonderful during the marketing and sale of our home. Their communication is proactive and fantastic. Our home was sold quickly in a busy market for our area however Steve got us the price we wanted and kept us in the decision making process the whole way.
