I contacted Steve when I decided I wanted to sell my house and I believe he gave an honest assessment of what my house could sell for. Steve also gave advice on what I could do with the house to improve its marketability and I think it was effective. I was living overseas at the time, which could have made communication difficult, but Steve was willing to Skype in his free time, and was able to communicate with us regularly. Steve and his colleagues arranged a few open houses, and were careful not to upset the tenants too much with these. In the end I don't really know what went on with negotiations, but I do believe Steve tried his best to obtain a good result. I would contact Steve again if I had another house to sell.
We tried the 'other' leading agent in Quakers Hill, and it was a bad error. Three months and we had gotten nowhere with passive 'fishing' instead of selling, and limited dealing with objections. We then returned to Stephen and his sales staff, Josh and Skye, and the house was sold after the first open day. Between 3.00pm and 5.30 there was a $25k increase in the offer. Stephen's market knowledge, his advice on changes we needed to make to present the home in it's best light, all added to an enjoyable process. Take this man at his word, he has enabled my wife and I to achieve our goals, and he made it all enjoyable with quick, accurate feedback and that gave us confidence he was on top of things.
