My situation was unique and tricky, and Stephen showed his maturity and wisdom by sitting back and letting time take course. He gave me some advice and a couple of alternatives and showed patience and understanding towards my position. This year we started the ball rolling and Stephen was our first choice. He advised how we could proceed, what steps to take and gave us a conservative guide to price. We used Steve to sell our house as he sold it to us many years ago. He is so passionate about what he does. From the start he was honest and upfront about what we could get for it by showing us similar homes in the area that had recently sold. I would recommend his stylist that he works with. She came out and gave us pointers on what we could do to improve the look by moving furniture around and I believe that it definitely helped us achieve higher that what we wanted. Back to Steve, he had all the time in the world for us and occasionally popped in during the process to see how we were going. Phone calls were returned which is a big plus for us. The reports that he gave us about the interest of our house were very good as well. We sold after the second open home. The staff that he has working for him are just as great as what he is and I would definitely recommend him and the agency if you are looking at selling. I can see the reason that his houses spend the least amount of time on the market than other agents in the area. We have been dealing with another Real Estate agent on a separate matter and have received no where near as good customer service.
