In all our dealings with Stephen we found him to be respectful, friendly, well mannered and honest with a good knowledge of the real estate landscape. We chose Stephen to be our agent for all those reasons and that he never promised results that he couldn't deliver which is what others did. I spoke to Stephen and three other local agents when we first inherited the unit for general information about listing the unit as I was not from the Chatswood area. I told all of them we would not be ready to list until all the renovations were complete which would take at least one year. I told him and the others when I was ready to sell I would ring them. I also told all of them if they bothered me with phone calls inquiring as to how the renovations were going etc to try to get the listing before I was ready I would drop them like a hot brick. The renovations took over 1 year during that time two of the agents got dropped like a hot bricks. I rang Stephen a couple of times about various inquiries. He was always polite, helpful, and respectful of my wishes. He didn't bother me once! I was very impressed. When the unit was finally ready to list I got in touch with one person only Stephen Chui.
