Little to say except that Stephen was professional, proactive and helpful at every stage of the process. Of course, it usually takes longer to one's property than one would like. But apart from that, everything went fairly smoothly. When a few slightly frustrating last-minute electrical and other fixes needed to be arranged at the buyer's insistence, Stephen was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Considering that I don't live in Australia, this was much appreciated.
