Stephen was recommended to me when I was already talking to another highly rated agent for selling my property. I questioned, well... sort of grilled him to win my business over the other agent. I found Stephen to be patient and very knowledgeable in the surrounding area. He's genuine and pleasant to converse with. He didn't offer sweet words or give empty promises. I found no change in his demeanour or language before and after I signed the exclusive sales agreement and more importantly, during negotiation with potential buyers and after the contract was signed. In my experience, this is quite rare in the industry with most agents pressuring vendors to accept much lower than asking price or treat vendors as if they don't exist between contract-signed and settlement period. I wrote this review after settlement and would very highly recommend Stephen Giacomelli and his Guardian team to anyone in the Hills looking to sell their property.
