Stephen was always easily contactable, gave timely reports on open house results and on other enquiries, and carefully followed up all matters during the settlement process.

Communication was poor from this agent all the way through the sale process - called us to apply unneeded pressure to us as buyers to force us into a sale that we had already agreed to, regularly called us to tell us others are interested, call us to hurry our mortgage broker and conveyencer up even though they were already sorted, etc. And then did not honour his word to call to inform us settlement had been finalised and keys were ready to collect! Witnessed him not disclosing truthful information to other possible buyers at open house that we already had the house under offer. Then straight after this conversation walked us outside away from other interested buyers to congratulate us on our offer being accepted. Made property inspections seem like a massive effort and inconvenience to him when requested. Organisation was not the best, with not having keys for parts of the house at inspections, etc. Really did take all of the fun and excitement out of buying our first home and added to the stress immensely!
