When we went to list property we approached 2 other agents for market appraisal and we were a bit dubious with valuations. A relative suggested we contact Stephen who was on annual leave at the time however he still took the time to return my call and explained situation and offered to give me a contact at the office to proceed with our enquiry. In view he was returning to work in 4/5days we made an appointment with him on his return. We found him and his associate very helpful they came out to property as arranged made an appraisal and contacted us come into their office and view their programme to us. Presentation went well and we enlisted their assistance. We dealt solely with Stepen from then and have found him true to his word, kept us upto date with proceedings and property was sold in 1day after listing on internet. As we live interstate he made dealings very easy for us and we have no hesitation in recommending his services

It is difficult to comment of some of the above categories since we were on the buying end and Stephen was working for the vendor. However, Stephen always returned calls promptly, was helpful in resolving an issue with the pool and overall, from the purchase viewpoint, we were very pleased with the service. The only comment that I would make from a female point of view is that it seemed, in the beginning, that Stephen would have preferred to deal with my husband. I found this and the fact that all correspondence listed my husband's name first to be old fashioned. The gift certificate for a local restaurant when we settled was a nice touch.
