All was very subtle and professional. We knew the market was flattening for apartment sales, but still got to appreciate the low price recommendation at our second meeting. But it was disheartening to compare our place at $850K or thereabouts when we knew it would probably go for $950-$1050. We did understand the sales process and customer satisfaction at the end, though, so all good....
