Having met Stephen after meeting with a number of agents prior, I knew instantly he was the real deal and most importantly 'necessary' and at a fair rate for the work involved. Stephen helped us achieve a sale of a difficult house in a difficult market in Landsdale, at a time when we were not expecting much. He also managed to get the buyer to raise his initial offer by a good deal. In addition, it turned out that the buyer was a solicitor acting as his own settlement agent and determined to get blood out of a stone. This is the first time I've dealt with Stephen. His market knowledge was exceptional. Whilst the Perth housing market is in a bit of a slump. Steven managed to get $60k more for my house than any other agent was able to, or would be prepared to take it to market. Due to me listening to his advise about preparing the property for sale.
