We can't thank Steve enough for all the hard work, dedication and the time he spent in selling our house so quickly. Steve made it very easy for us to sell the house, and we very much appreciate it. The House was sold before it was put on the market. There was no need to run “Home Open”, or put it online for sale. In fact, we didn't even need to put the "For Sale" sign in the front lawn. We had spoken to two other agents before but felt very comfortable with Steve. It was evident from our first meeting with Steve that he was experienced and knowledgeable. The Guidance and suggestions he gave to present the house were excellent. He found a buyer within a month even before the “SALE” sign even went up!"
