Once the auction was over, the service from this agency disappeared. We encountered significant issues at settlement, including non-functional smoke alarms (a major safety breach) and property damage that wasn't there during the initial viewing. Instead of helping resolve these minor issues, the agency and Stephen Moss were dismissive. They even failed to ensure a full set of keys was provided, forcing us to change all the locks on day one. If you are buying through this office, do not trust verbal promises—get everything in writing and insist on a final inspection regardless of what the agent tells you.
