He was friendly and helpful with the process of purchasing the property. I felt he was honest at all times - he didn't under quote to gather interest in the property (his verbal estimation of what the property was worth was pretty much dead-on). But still worked his hardest for the buyer. I'd recommend Stephen to prospective sellers - he'll do his best to sell the property at the highest price without alienating the buyers.
