Worked with Stephen to purchase from an overseas vendor who he was engaged by. I found him to be fair, honest, and effective, including when dealing with one or two legal speedbumps on the vendor side. He was a pleasure to work with from inspection to settlement.
Stephen is not your (perhaps unfairly) typical pushy real estate agent whose motives you question. Stephen has your best interests at heart, to not only achieve, but exceed your expectations. We were in a difficult situation of having to sell a property as part of an estate administration. Stephen went above and beyond to make things as seamless as possible. He took care of all the extra bits for us as well (e.g. selling white goods on our behalf, so that they would go to good homes, and the extra cash was an added bonus). Stephen was extremely knowledgeable in terms of not only the local market, but also with his suggestions as to how to make the most of the sale of the property. This included things from recommendations as to what repairs/maintenance/styling may be required to ensure highest return on investment, to providing guidance as to price guides, reserve price and also whether to adjust the auction date. Stephen provided an end-to-end service, with everything taken care of (just what we needed in our somewhat more stressful / sensitive situation). For example, the recommendations of maintenance works, were all taken care of through Stephen's reliable network of reasonably priced and very efficient contractors. The end result, made us somewhat sad to be saying goodbye to the fantastic home. Stephen was also great at keeping us updated throughout the whole process, and always there via email/call/WhatsApp, with none of our queries being too small or silly. It was a pleasure dealing with Stephen, and we are more than happy with the final outcome.

Stephen was diligent, polite, intelligent and worked hard to sell my apartment. While we didn't get my ideal asking price he managed to get a strong compromise which I was happy with. Great experience. 10/10
With the recent interest rate rises and a soon to be vacant unit, I found myself in the unfortunate position of needing to sell quickly, Stephen was very professional and very reassuring, he acted swiftly and had the property on the market in no time at all, the first asking price was a little ambitious but with Stephen’s guidance and expertise we tested the market and adjusted the price and I was relieved Stephen found a buyer within a couple of weeks, he was always contactable even with the time difference we were working with, in what was a stressful time for me Stephen went about his business efficiently and got the deal done, I’m extremely grateful to have had his support throughout and would highly recommend Stephen as an agent should you need to sell
If only I could give more than 5 stars I would. Stephen was incredible to work with. His attitude was SUPER. He treated the sale like it was his own place, always showing up early and if needed stayed back late, He even made sure the corridors in the property were clean and tidy. After each open home the place was left spotless and due to his hardworking ethics, he produced a fantastic result. DO NOT HESITATE TO USE STEPHEN. They were very accommodating throughout the house hunting process as well as during and after settlement.
