Sale of Investment Property Main Avenue Coorparoo

This was the third investment property that Stephen Salmon managed the sale on our behalf. The previous 2 were units in Coorparoo sold through the traditional method of advertising and open homes. We were very happy with the outcome Stephen achieved with both. When it came to selling our investment house, Stephen advised a different approach and the property was offered for sale "off market". Although there was no traditional advertising of the property, Stephen managed to bring the property to the attention of a number of prospective buyers. In all, 3 serious offers were made and the property achieved a sale price well above our initial expectation.
