The house was not presented well and in a bad state of repair. Husband and wife were in the process of divorce with a nasty intervention order in place. Add to this the coronavirus and interested parties dropping like flies. Somehow Stephen managed to sell the house at the price I wanted. He kept in constant contact with me, making sure not only me but my solicitor and all interested parties provided necessary information when required to orchestrate the sale of the property. He managed to find 2 interested parties the day before the house was up for auction. The deal was done at 9:30pm Friday night with h a 14 day settlement! An awesome achievement by Stephen and I could not be happier.

Stephen was great from the word go - he was able to accomodate our first inspection of the property at half an hour's notice, and greeted us warmly at every subsequent inspection. As this was our first auction/purchase, he regularly touched base with us to see where we were at, kept us informed as to where other interested parties stood with the property, and even gave me advice as to how to bid on the day of the auction. Since the purchase of the property, he has gone above and beyond, helping with all our annoying questions about the most minute of details - things like the state of utilities, changes of body corporate, and even the dimensions of a fridge cavity. I have no doubt he will continue to be just as helpful as we move towards settlement, and in the subsequent months/years in our beautiful new home.
