Highly professional team and keep us well informed of process and things to do to try and get the best sales result. Also gave us contacts for staging and changing carpet. Disappointed there was only one bidder at the auction but satisfied with the agent being able to negotiate the prices from undervalued bid of $1,300,000 to final sales price of $1,450,000. Naturally would have preferred more bidders at auction which would have produced a better sales result.
