Stephen Tickell was a delight to deal with at all times, from the pre-planning discussions through to our auction day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, offered reasoned and sensible advice whilst being relaxed and reassuring. It was a pleasure to have Stephen working for us.
Steve achieved the result we were after, this being our 6th sale in the last 15 years with he and Hockingstuart. His attention to detail, undoubted experience, and patience is second to none, in addition to the fact that he says it as it is! If you’re looking for an agent who you can rely on, look no further.
With so many agents around that are more interested in themselves it is refreshing to meet an agent that listens and treats you like a customer rather than a wallet. Stephen focused on what we were looking for as a buyer and definitely helped us purchase as a result. Would recommend to anyone.
Steve Tickell & Jenny Dwyer provided sound advice & support throughout the process of preparing the property for sale, through to the marketing & securing of sales contracts, all completed within the campaign timeline & in very difficult market conditions. Their feedback & advice was constant throughout this period. We were delighted by their support and dedication to both ourselves and potential buyers. Steve and his team were fantastic. We strongly recommend them.
Very happy with Steve’s attention to details, overall knowledge & contacts to assist in offering our property to the market.
Steve was the commensurate professional. He was reliable, kept us informed, followed through with updated information and was always available to answer questions. He was understanding of our situation and worked diligently to get a result we were very happy with. We appreciated his honesty when assessing the market.
Steve was a very enthusiastic and engaged Agent, with a great knowledge of the Bayside property market. He understood the importance of the sale. For us it was a Deceased Estate so on top of all that goes with preparing and selling a property, we were dealing with it’s unexpected and untimely listing. Steve was very aware of this. He was sensitive, supportive, patient and understanding whilst being very tenacious during the selling campaign. We were very happy with the result and know that Steve worked extremely hard to secure the sale for us. If you’re looking for a genuine, hardworking Real Estate Agent to sell your property, he’s just the one for you.
