Stephen and his team provided us with an excellent experience in selling our home. Stephens advice on the market and strategy for marketing and sale proved to be spot on. Once we had agreed target pricing and marketing plan Stephen helped us to find the right stylists and between them they provided the support we needed to prepare the house for viewings. The viewing process was handled mostly by Mandy and we were updated immediately after each session. The pre auction meeting was valuable in helping us understand what was going to happen on the day and what was required of us. Throughout this whole process communication was outstanding from all team members. Stephen was directly in contact with us all the way, I can imagine many other agents would delegate this to others.
