Steve and Cam were absolutely amazing. Their constant communication with us was so reassuring. We found them so professional and wonderful to engage with. We had an amazing result from the auction, with amazing thanks to all the dedication and hard work from Steve, Cam and the whole team at Belle Sandringham. We are incredibly grateful.
Throughout our sales campaign Steve and his team have been supportive, knowledgeable and approachable. From our early stages of seeking advice and market feedback to the final sale, we felt informed and well-advised because of the exemplary communications and thoughful advice offered. We have felt that the entire team took a very personal interest in us and our situation and looked after us with our best interests in mind. Steve is an outstanding sales representative. He listened carefully to our wishes and represented them perfectly throughout the sales process. All adminstrative aspects of the sale were expertly and professionally handled by Tanya and the team, we could not have asked for more. Now, having made the sale, we are confident that we chose the best agent in the local area. Well done team.
Steve's advice was exceptionally valuable in offering his vast experience on the presentation of our property. We value our relationship with him and have used him in 3 property transactions over 20 years. His knowledge and expertise in reading the market is exemplary.

The marketing material was excellent quality. I was kept well informed of what was happening at all times.
Very good- enthusiastic, good communication, friendly
Their market knowledge is excellent. They are very honest and DO NOT try and get your hopes up saying they can get more than it’s worth. You are always kept up to date on the process of the sale.
Stephen has been nothing short of exceptional. He is professional, positive, and a clear communicator. We achieved a sale price we are very happy with. I can’t recommend Stephen more highly.
We loved working with Steve who is a consummate professional, providing expert guidance and advice through the process, with an unfailingly cheery and positive approach! Thanks Steve, Melissa and Tanya, such a great team!
Excellent experience, during the whole period from pre-sale to the completing of the auction we were kept informed of every development which and where necessary was fully explained, that is to say no surprises.
We were very happy with Stephen and his team's help with selling our property. Living far away, interstate and country Vic, we needed someone to keep us abreast of all the proceedings and we had the right person in Stephen. We'd recommend Stephen and his team to anyone.
