Very helpful with after contract service. I have bought a few houses in my time. I have never encountered a multiple contract situation and didn't really like that way of selling. Once the other bidder dropped out, we negotiated with the seller and that is what I am used to. We are very happy with the outcome and have a house we really like.

We were the buyers of a property that Steve was managing the sale of. He is clear communicator, able to accommodate any queries with quick responses. Never felt he was being 'pushy'. While he was acting for the sellers, we felt he was also listening to our needs and trying to match them with those of the sellers. In the end, I believe that both the sellers and us were happy with the outcome of the sale. If I was selling a property in the area, he would be my 'go to' person.

Steve Ash was always contactable and always willing to help us from the moment we set up the first inspection of the home. He happily liaised between the sellers and ourselves to help us move productively towards settlement. This support did not fade once the contract became unconditional and it even extended beyond settlement. He was happy to help get answers to simple questions, willing to provide helpful tips, and it was evident he was putting in his full effort to be supportive and it was much appreciated. Having bought a house with Steve I would happily have him sell a home for me should the need ever arise.

we interviewed many agents before we choose Steve to help sell our house for us .He was the most up front with the information we needed as we had not moved for 37 years he answered all our questions we asked and in a way we understood about the process.
